A label is a promise. We keep ours small and exact.

Claims come only from you

Front-of-pack claims are printed exactly as you type them, and only those. The copy model is instructed never to add claims; every reply is validated, front claims are replaced on our server with your list, and any sentence that introduces a regulated term you did not supply is removed before you see it. That covers organic, gluten free, non-GMO, vegan, sugar free, natural, healthy, protein, vitamins, certifications, and similar language.

If you type a regulated claim yourself, we print it, because it is yours to substantiate. Please make sure you can.

Regulated elements are yours to add and verify

Labelkiln does not write nutrition facts, ingredient lists, allergen statements, net contents, barcodes, country of origin, or legal text. Every back panel leaves a clearly marked regulated area for them, and every print export repeats the reminder. Verify each element against the rules for every market you sell in, and with your printer, before anything goes to press.

No real brands or trademarks

Generated art is requested without text, logos, brand marks, or trademarked characters, and typography is set by us from your copy. Product names are invented unless you supply your own in a brand kit. If a direction ever resembles an existing brand, delete it and tell us at help@labelkiln.com so we can tighten the guard.

Your brand assets stay private

Brand kits, logos, projects, and generated art are private to your workspace (and your Agency seats). We do not use them to train models. You can export everything as JSON or delete your account and every file in it from Settings at any time. See Your data.

Human review is still the job

Labelkiln gets you to a strong, printable direction quickly. It does not replace a final review by you, your regulatory adviser where you have one, and your printer's prepress team.
