Labelkiln Inc. ("Labelkiln", "we") operates labelkiln.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a Delaware C-Corp headquartered at 1700 Market Street, Suite 1005, Philadelphia, PA 19103.

Information we collect

  • Account information you give us: name, email, and password (stored as a hash), or your Google profile basics if you sign in with Google.
  • Content you create: product descriptions, claims, brand kits, logos, projects, directions, and exports.
  • Billing information processed by Stripe; we receive only customer and subscription identifiers.
  • Messages you send through our contact, careers, and help forms.
  • Basic technical data: IP address for rate limiting and security, and server logs kept for up to 30 days.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, generate your labels, process payments, answer you, and improve Labelkiln. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your brand kits or projects to train models.

Service providers

We share data only with providers who help run Labelkiln: hosting (Vercel), database and storage, AI model providers (OpenAI and, where configured, Anthropic) for generating copy and art, Stripe for payments, and an email provider for account messages. Each processes data under contract and only for that purpose.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data from Settings, or by emailing privacy@labelkiln.com. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. Visitors from the EU and UK may also object to processing and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Retention

We keep account content until you delete it or your account. Deleted data leaves backups within 30 days.

Children

Labelkiln is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
